Sixty day money back guarantee. If the Book is not for you, ask for your money back within sixty days of purchase and you will get it. No explanation required.
How to request a refund
Send us a message through our contact page with the email address you used at checkout and your order number, which appears on your purchase receipt. We will process the refund promptly.
You may also request the refund directly through the customer service of the retailer that processed your payment, using the receipt they emailed you.
How long it takes
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, the money normally appears on your statement within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
After a refund
When a refund is issued, your licence to use the Book ends and you should delete your copy of the file.
A note on digital products
Because the Book is delivered instantly by email, we cannot ask you to return anything. We rely on your honesty, and we would rather give your money back than have you keep something you do not want.
